I just wanna take one step at a time. This is a 4 weeks weightloss challenge starting from may 29th to june 25th. This thread is for week 1. I will be posting here my daily goals and at the end of the week will be posting my results regarding my weight and body measurements(most of the time I have NSV !! so..) and then will be starting a new thread for week 2.
