    I just started my weight loss journey a little over a month ago. I have lost 18.8 lbs so far. I would like to lose another 70 or so.

    Hello, losing weight has been an issue for most of my adult life, always yo-yoing. So far I have lost 15 lbs, would like to lose 40 lbs more. Will add you.
