Hi you can add me as well. I have lost 20lbs with MFP and am always wanting to talk with people that struggle with the same struggles that I do.

I'll send you an add. I like your realistic approach to this! I think you are well on your way of discovering how awesome you can really be. I've lost almost 80lbs using MFP and still losing more!

This will be a long journey. I have accepted that. I have also accepted the fact that my weight is what I use to keep people away. I am trying to stop this so I am looking for some people who are willing to be positive and friendly through my journey.

Same here!! I've lost 88 lbs.... I've battled weight my whole life. I'm 12 lbs from my first goal, I feel amazing, and weigh less now than I did in high school. It's a long road, but it's worth it! You will do great!!

gl on your journey buddy! I started two months ago and have lost about 1.5 pounds a week. The best advice I can give you is to start easy on yourself and eat healthy foods you genuinely enjoy. One snack I love that you might enjoy as well is some smuckers peanut butter on whole wheat bread, but remember to eat in moderation! (I try to limit myself to one serving a day). Much love <3

Good luck dude. I'm 31, 6'2" and 430lbs. I'm trying to get down to 275lbs I the next 2 years. If I get the weight off I'm going to enlist in the army. I hope you achieve your goals.
