How do you add friends on my fitness pal?

Just wondering how u add friends and add pics to posts? New to this :)

    Tap on the avatar of the person you want to add. On the next page double tap on their avatar then click 'invite friends'.

    To add a picture to your post on here click what looks like a piece of paper with the corner turned down. Choose a picture from your photos and upload it. You can preview it before posting if you want
