Hello, Kathleen here.

I am beautiful, funny, full of life and young thinking! Oh yes, I am 70 years young and joining you to loose pounds, inches and appetite. I am a pre-diabetic (this is just words) with high blood pressure and want off the pills and grow older gracefully. My plan is to live to be 125 (no foolin)

The doctors want to replace both of my knees, I have been working hard (maybe not the right way) to keep them. Reducing my weight will certainly help, not necessarily stop the surgery. I've been working on my health for 5 years overall, removing certain items from my diet, with some successes.

My challenges: a husband that can eat anything and get away with it. However, I have not had any major illnesses and he has had cancer, heart by pass, hernias, gallbladder removal and a pace maker. Thank you Lord, I am still intact. But I don't take it lightly, I'm serious.

So, here goes... ;)I will succeed to my goal weight and maybe make some new friends along the way!! If you're up to treading along with this ol' lady, chat back and let's do this together! BTW, my goal weight is 145 I'm now 225............ugh...lol Just to say in the last 4 years I have lost 45 pounds. Walking out life one day at a time.
