Exercise advice

Needing now to combine weight loss and fitness. Never been more then low active due to having spinal and leg issues but lost 15 stone need to lose 6 more so now got to add in exercise. Any suggestions and friendship help would be fantastic.

You can lose weight through diet alone, mind you. Exercise is great for health and fitness—which are definitely important. However you don't need to feel like you HAVE to do it to reach your goal weight.
Has your doctor told you what sorts of exercises you can and can't do?
As far as strength training, I've been getting a lot of exercises out of this book. It's incredibly detailed and has multiple exercises for each muscle group at different levels.
I've been using resistance tubes, too—in fact, I started with them.
