Just want to know if this upper body workout looks like it will be good for muscle gain, or if I have to tweak it.

UPPER A

Dumbell Rows 8 reps/2 sets
Chin ups AMAP/2 sets
Bench Press 8 reps/3 sets
Incline Pushups AMAP/2 sets
Tricep dips AMAP/2 sets
Preacher curls 8 reps/2 sets
Upright Row 6 reps/2 sets

UPPER B

Pull ups AMAP/2 sets
Lying Down dumbell rows 8 reps/2 sets
Bench Press 8 reps/3 sets
Incline pushups AMAP/2 sets
Lying Tricep Extensions 10 reps/2 sets
Seated dumbell curls 6 reps/2 sets
Arnold Dumbell Press 6 reps/2 sets
