Fitbits. Are they accurate?

Thinking of getting a Fitbit to monitor calorie burn, sleep patterns etc. Are they accurate? Which models do you recommend? Thanks in advance.

    I have a Blaze and I like it because I can get a new band for it if this one breaks. I think it is as accurate as anything out there.
