Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone has tricks for quickly reducing bloating and/or constipation. I've been bloated for a few days now and we will be on the beach over the weekend. YIKES! Help please

Coffee is such a pal. It's my weekend breakfast 90% of the time. That and water should help flush you out. Have fun at the beach!0

Honestly? Going super low-carb (keto) does wonders for bloating. It helped me fit into a bridesmaid dress that I couldn't even zip up (the one in my profile pic, actually LOL!).
I'd say cut grains, starches, processed food, and sugar and drink a ton of water. Make sure your sodium, magnesium and potassium levels are high to replenish electrolytes - extra magnesium will also help with constipation - about 400mg a day should clear you out well. Eat lots of bacon, eggs, meat, green veggies, cauliflower, nuts, butter, coconut oil, salads, cheese.
That's just my own personal advice as it has worked very well for me on several occasions. I know eating extra salt to reduce bloating sounds crazy, but with keto it's essential.0 -

I found this to be the opposite for me. Totally bound up. I did a 10 veg/fruit challenge and lo and behold, constipation gone.0 -

Yeah it's definitely different for everyone. I think the magnesium is key in preventing the initial constipation you can experience.0
