Hey guys how you doing , I'll get right to it ..I've recently started a lean bulk program which requires me to eat a 500 calorie surplus the thing is for these past 4 months I've been losing weight for some weird reason even though my routine is the same ,I'm easting the calories required but it's having no effect my weight is decreasing ,I remember about a year back I didn't used to calculate macros or calories Im pretty sure I didn't get appropriate calories in a day and was in calorie deficit but I was increasing weight ..so last year I weighed 64 and got upto 69 then all of a sudden weight loss started and now I'm 62.5kg and this has also had a harmful effect on my physique because I look smaller now and confidence has also gone down , any tips would be helpful.thank you :)

You are going to have to change your routine to start gaining weight. Like add another 500 calories on top of what you are doing now.

This might be a measuring problem. Do you weigh and log all your food?

The additional 500 calories should be on top of your maintenance calories. Maybe you're not figuring your maintenance calories correctly? 500 extra per day should equate to about 1 lb per week.

If you haven't gained any weight over 4 months, you're not eating at a surplus. Simple as that. Eat more.

are you eating exercise calories back? if not that could be causing a small deficit, or you may not be eating enough or using the right calculations for calories(you may be overestimating and be eating less)
