Sprinting

Hello everyone and welcome. I want to ask a few question, now I am a boy and I weigh 145 lbs. so with that being said,Lets say for example I have a competition coming up on Friday but the only day I can train prior to is Wednesday, so with a doctors visit to see if I'm eligible is it possible with only a session of sprint training and resting on Thursday, ( day before the competition). Now 2 weeks a go, my top speed was 170 on the gps on a single sprint, with 5-6 hrs sleep, now In the past year I've been able to hit 156 and 157 on the gps but 14 days ago I hit at least 4-5 times 12 or 123 top speed sprinting. Now I want to on Friday be able to hit 195. So taking in e night before sprinting 8 -9 hours sleep. Now on the day of the competition, ( stimulants are allowed) Temperature should be around mid 80's to about 90, no clouds, maybe calm winds. Should I do after adequately warming up and hydrating, like after 2 sprints during competition, should I start to take in caffeinated beverage whether it be tea or coffee unsweetened, after 2 sprints, pitt lane myself, take in caffeine, and gradually work my way up to 197 mg of caffeine every 2 sprints during competition until I have 197 mg in me or should I go to the extreme and take in 395mg max gradually so I can reach with 100-200 m of sprinting, not continuous at that speed but 195 versus 120. Now the competition is going to be at least more than 10 sprints that day, and maybe 30-60 seconds rest interval in-between sprints. I know better form not to lean forward while sprinting. the sprints will be 200 max most being between 100 and 200m and a few 100 m or less. I will have preworkout meal in me as well. So should taking between 197-395 mg of caffeine help me to able to achieve 195kmh from 120 within 100 to 200 m of the sprints that day?

Caffeine is a performance enhancing drug. It is true. But there is more evidence that it is helpful in distance running than there is for sprinting.
BUT, why mess around with potentially hazardous performance-enhancing drugs? Are you a professional? Are you going to get your picture on the front page of the newspaper if you win? Will you get a lucrative endorsement contract or a date with the girl of your dreams?
Cuz if not.......0 -
With all the child heart failures the past few years I would recommend trying to train without stimulants. One pre-workout prior to the event I could see but that is a lot for your hear to handle.1

To start with the obvious, it's physically impossible to run 195 km/h.
Second, caffeine does nothing for sprint performance. There are studies that confirm this
