A healthy snack to binge on and reduce cravings?

Baby carrots and blueberries are my go-to binge foods. Another fave is spring mix with whatever tasty fruits I happen to have on hand and a sprinkling of walnuts if they fit in my calories for the day.

I like carrot sticks and hummus to take the edge off when i get hungry between meals, 1 serving of hummus and carrots only contains about 80 calories. Also try making sure to have 2 servings of vegetables with every meal, steamed green beans, roasted brussel sprouts, steamed cabbage, steamed broccoli will all help keep you full.0
