A healthy snack to binge on and reduce cravings?

    Trying to lose 30 lbs however the cravings before lunch and dinner are always so bad! Are there recipes that satisfy the craving for carbs or sweets that is actually healthy for you? ):

    Baby carrots and blueberries are my go-to binge foods. Another fave is spring mix with whatever tasty fruits I happen to have on hand and a sprinkling of walnuts if they fit in my calories for the day.

    I like carrot sticks and hummus to take the edge off when i get hungry between meals, 1 serving of hummus and carrots only contains about 80 calories. Also try making sure to have 2 servings of vegetables with every meal, steamed green beans, roasted brussel sprouts, steamed cabbage, steamed broccoli will all help keep you full.
