I have been trying to lose weight for 5 years! Wtf do I do!! Help.

You put your stats in to MFP, and get a calorie goal. Then you get a food scale, weigh all solids, measure all liquids, and find accurate entries in the database for everything you put in your mouth - get as close to your calorie goal as possible. Do this consistently.0
