So my weight has yoyoed for years. At my smallest I was8stone 12lb, at my biggest 11st 5lb, this morning I found myself at 10st 8lb so Im taking measures to sort this. my BMI is 27 so not healthy, however BMI stats are pretty rubbish, Ive strength trained for years and have muscle! Im starting off very strict on Michael Moselys blood sugar diet. I have no idea if Im prediabetic but much of my fat has gone on round my waist.This diet is a VLCD, only 800 cals/dayfor 8weeks. ill probably try it for a few days then switch to the  5:2 diet.

    Good luck Fiona. Please add me as a friend if you like. You sound UK based. I'm in the UK too. If it's any consolation, my BMI is well over 40
