21 day sugar detox

Hi people, I'm back! So I'm on a 21 day sugar detox challenge with some face book friends. Been on it 6 days and have lost 4 lbs. mostly water I'm sure, but that needed to go too. However, I'm having a problem getting enough calories in for a day. Nothing you can eat is very fattening except meat maybe. While I like meat, I can only eat a minimal amount. Anyone have any suggestions? I don't have a friends base yet, so if you want a friend, that's me! Btw. I'm 67 if it makes a difference.

    I'm not sure what a sugar detox is. Avocado is fattening. I second the above.
