All my details input and I'm given a bmr reading of 2100. TDEE is between 2800/3000.
For TDEE minus 20 should I literally just go somewhere in the middle (2900) and deduct 20% giving me a target of 2320 calories per day? Also I have around 30lbs to my goal weight is TDEE -30 too aggressive?

Dont be seduced by all the maths - it's not an exact science. Pick a figure, try it, see how it works for you, adjust. Rinse and repeat.0

Haha no I'm from sunny London!
I appreciate its not an exact figure. Ill try it as you say and adjust accordingly then. Thanks.0 -
It's best not to go below TDEE - 20% as this increases the rate of muscle loss which is not optimal.0
