I'm down 30 lbs in 55 days. I'm going slowly and my elliptical machine broke. I'm still losing weight though just by counting calories using this app. I've never felt better!

    Jog on the spot whilst watching tv, won't burn as much, but it all adds up

    I've lost 30 in 115 days. And thinking I might need to slow down a bit.

    You are going fast (most likely too fast) not slow.
