I'm down 30 lbs in 55 days. I'm going slowly and my elliptical machine broke. I'm still losing weight though just by counting calories using this app. I've never felt better!

Jog on the spot whilst watching tv, won't burn as much, but it all adds up2

55 days is about 8 weeks. 30lbs in 8weeks is3.75lbs a week which is waaaaaay too fast of a loss unless you have over 100lbs to lose. You risk losing lean muscle.6

I've lost 30 in 115 days. And thinking I might need to slow down a bit.0 -
How much do you have to lose? Sounds like a very rapid weight loss2

You are going fast (most likely too fast) not slow.
