So today I hopped on the scale for the second time this week only to find I went from 116.3kg on Monday down to 113.7kg on Sunday.

2.6kg lost in one week! That never happens for me. I haven't weighed in under 115kg in at least 4 months. I mean it's probably just water weight or something because I'm just at the start of what feels like the thousandth time I've tried to be healthier - but I don't care ya'll! A victory is a victory and this is super motivating for me to keep it up.

Tell me your small (or massive) victories so we can share the motivation! Yay!

I remember back when I was losing (I'm in maintenance) and it would seem like forever that the scale wouldn't move - like for weeks at a time - and then suddenly, BOOM! I'd drop a bunch all at once. Congrats on your small victory! :D

Congrats! I'm excited because I am winning my office weight loss challenge right now. It may be because most of the people in the challenge went golfing (aka drinking) this weekend, but I am still pumped that I am in the lead.
