go to dietdoctor.com you dont have to buy anything. lots of info and recipes. also google low carb recipes, but be careful some say low carb but arent. here are a couple of recipes i found by using google http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/parmesan-roasted-cauliflower-180401.aspx and http://www.iwashyoudry.com/asparagus-stuffed-chicken-breast/ and something of a treat but its not sweet. its bitter dark chocolate and i use 100% cacao to make this http://www.yummyhealthyeasy.com/avocado-truffle-chocolates-recipe#_a5y_p=3257226

This is my favorite pork chop recipe, and yes, diet doctor is great. Ruled.me is also good!
