I need healthy dinner IDEAS im tiered of fish chicken brown rice and broccoli.. does anyone have any new tips tricks of the trade to mixing it up recipes something

Greek Salad
1 c. Spring Mix
1/2 c. Perdue Short Cuts
1 T. garlic hummus
1/4 c. crumbled Feta
1/4 c. roasted red peppers
Tuna Melt
1 can tuna
1 T. mayo
1/2 avocado
Place on half english muffin, top with 1 slice American cheese and melt in the oven at 350^ for 10 minutes

I made these the other night, zucchini boats.Just hollowed out the zucchinis and brown a pound of Italian sausage with the hollowed out zucchini place them in the zucchini, what's the marinara on sauce and a four cheese blend and baked it at 375 for about 35 to 40 minutes. You can use ground turkey, ground chicken or whatever your heart desires. My kids loved it!
