Why are planks listed as cardio on the mfp fitness menu?

    That's good, but I think of it as strength and we don't get calories for strength. that's why I thought it was odd.

    Plus having that show up on my feed is weird too. :wink:

    You can log it in both places. Cardio for the calories burned, strength for keeping track of reps/sets/weights.
