Sore knees when Keto after carbs ?

I'm a very light drinker myself. I probably consume alcohol less than 12 times per year so for me it really is the carbs.1 -

It could also be a non-celiac gluten sensitivity.. Try sticking with rice/oats and see if it causes the same symptoms.
Next cheat day I'll have some. Though I had pancakes last week and didn't suffer the same issue
