I've ordered piyo and looking forward to it arriving. I've been looking at yoga mats and towels and getting confused by all the options. Can someone please recommend what I need. Thank you

I've done PIYO. You don't need anything fancy. A yoga mat from Target or similar will do.

All you need is a yoga mat. I borrowed the dvd set from a friend, and she did not give me the "sliders" that come with it. Paper plates worked fine. I just have a regular old yoga mat that I got as part of another set. I'm pretty sure you can get one at Walmart.

Actually, I just went to Walmart's website and typed "yoga" in the search box. They have many yoga mat options, starting as low as $3.99. With the option of free site to store shipping/pickup, that's a bargain!

I think you can use cheap frisbees for sliders; the kind they often give away at county/state fairs for free. They should be better to use than paper plates.

Where do you buy Piyo or do they offer classes at Life Time Fitness?
