Looking for Work Out/Walking Partner in Arlington, VA

Good Morning! I live in Arlington, VA (near the Pentagon) and work out at the Gold's. I tend to go to exercise classes at the various Gold's--South Arlington, Courthouse, Bailey's and Clarendon--but would like some motivation and some times I'd just like to take a walk. I am a 50 year woman who needs to lose about 50 pounds!!!
