    The guy who's flexing in those photos is NOT chubby. Congratulations!

    You look like you've been lifting with a good amount of success, so you should probably pay less attention to BMI than if you were scrawny like me. That much muscle will put your BMI into the overweight range even if your body fat % is fairly low.

    But chubby did we have? No!

    You have done an awesome job this past year! Wtg! You look amazing!!!!! My one year is approaching too on 6/2/17. It was a long journey but I'm sure glad I started it one year ago. Keep it up!!!

    I have been here one month and your success is inspiring me to stick with my goal of one year, 100% commitment to tracking cals and macros. You accomplished so much in one year!! Thanks so much for sharing!

    I am going to come clean: I actually avoid leg day. My legs are so big genetically that I actually purposely didn't work them at all for a few weeks hoping they'd atrophy a little bit. Obviously I'm back to working them, but the size doesn't really correlate to strength believe it or not. I work them directly once a week, sometimes skipping a week because I treat leg day as "expendable" if I'm busy.

    My arms are the same way. I rarely work my arms directly, and when I do it's never extensive.

    The muscles I work the most are my lagging parts. My chest and back are comparatively small/lagging compared to my arms and legs, but my chest and back are "strong" compared to my arms and legs.

    So, it's a lot of genetics!
