Is it healthy/normal to sleep after a workout or should I rather workout when I wake up?

Think its personal choice. Some advise morning workouts when you have more energy and some people find that the endorphin release makes sleeping difficult. Personally I find morning best but I do need an afternoon nap which isn`t always possible. My question is similar. should I eat breakfast pre or post workout? I saw a documentary where scientists found that men burnt more cals on fasted wo but women were the opposite. Before seeing this I usually just had coffee, finding difficulty with some exercises if eat, eg prone leg curl. This morning I had chocolate and yogurt and felt fine.0

It's not abnormal to sleep after working out, but for some people, it's a sign of not getting enough good sleep at night.
