Kilomad - trying to reduce carbs

Well hello

I have been trying to eat healthily since January and have managed to lose 14lbs, I am now looking to reduce my carbs and look forward to any ideas suggested meals etc.

I am trying to eat within the range of 1463 - 1881 calories per day according to the BMI calculator that is the range - I am eating a variety of food and mainly home cooked from scratch and I bought new electronic scales so I can weigh everything
