Have you ever watched Feltham's 5000 kcal challenges? He eats 5000kcals of a higher carb diet and a lower carb diet. I believe he also does vegan. Different results from different foods. http://live.smashthefat.com/5000-calorie-carb-challenge-day-21/
Wittrock does it with a 4000kcal diet challenge too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MRop_ltYUlk
He gains less than expected.
Wittrock's "experiment" has multiple issues, including poor tracking and no calorie baseline at all, as was discussed in the previous thread while it was ongoing.

And Feltham? Holy crap. To say he looks like an unreliable source from my reading of that link and his explanation would be an understatement.

How does anyone read something like that and nod their head in agreement, rather than shake it in disbelief? Srsly.7 -

I blame the KoolAid.
Please. Kool Aid is pure limescale.6 -

Hahaha yeah maybe not if you're 6'10" and 350 pounds, but for anyone not on stuff, it's a pretty substantial surplus.

Wait, I have taps inside me?
What are these fake foods?1 -
Wow I am just...really shocked reading that damn chart. This *kitten* hurts my head- but I suppose that could also be the limescale I apparently consume.
Wait- is this why ACV is supposed to be good for weight loss? To clean stubborn limescale deposits from my body?8 -

May need to step it up a notch with CLR.
Note - Don't drink CLR.6 -

Why not a magnetic wrap? Combine the 'awesome fat burning power' of wraps with the 'awesome limescale dissolving power' of magnetism!!!
There's magnetic facial sheets out there - this can't be much of a stretch.6
