Does adding MIO to water make it less healthy than pure water? It's just so hard to drink pure water!

Adding anything to water probably makes it a smidge less healthy unless it's fruit or veggie, but I'm all for MIO myself. If it means I'll drink water vs something unhealthy or just go without hydration, I'm for it.0

MIO should not be a problem unless you are in the "No Artificial Sweeter" camp. I think that Artificial sweeteners make your body think you are taking in sugar and produce insulin that then has no sugar to convert. Some disagree. I use Lemon or lime juice and sometimes Tamarind from an Asian market. All of those are quick but an alternative is watermelon rind, lemons or cucumber soaking in the water, or any combination of those. They all add great flavor and no calories.0
