    Cherry tomatoes

ESPECIALLY in the summer, obtained from a farmer's market. (Seriously. I see those pint-containers and say, "Oooh! Candy!")

What fruits do you typically eat? Maybe try a more neutral fruit? Melons? Bananas??

Not sure what you're eating, but try berries (raspberry, blueberry, strawberry) and watermelon. All of them help me debloat.

Cucumber is technically a fruit and also very refreshing.

    Sweeter vegetables?

But really I'd focus on trying to figure out what specific fruits are doing it.

I read somewhere (sorry a bit vague) that eating fruit after a meal can cause gas and bloating. Are you eating it on an empty stomach?
