Fruit alternative??

Hi guys I'm finding that fruit is msking me feel bloated, is there an alternative that will give me the same sweet kick, but with all the same goodness?

Not sure what you're eating, but try berries (raspberry, blueberry, strawberry) and watermelon. All of them help me debloat.0

But really I'd focus on trying to figure out what specific fruits are doing it.1 -
I read somewhere (sorry a bit vague) that eating fruit after a meal can cause gas and bloating. Are you eating it on an empty stomach?0
