It always comes down to accuracy: measure and weigh your portions. Be conservative when eating back exercise cals. Set your profile for sedintary and 1 lb per week loss. Best of luck!0

Set your goal to a pound a week and base your activity level on your daily life outside of exercise (i.e. if you have a desk job, set it to sedentary). Eat that much plus a portion of your exercise calories. Most importantly...log EVERYTHING with as close to 100% accuracy as possible. This may include using a food scale for all solids and measuring cups for all liquids, double-checking that the nutrition information on the items you're logging matches the food's label or USDA's database for whole foods, utilizing the recipe builder over "homemade" or "generic" entries in the database, and being mindful of the amount of exercise calories burned and eaten back.4
