I have had a MyFitnessPal account for a while. Last week, with nothing else working, I decided to get back into it. I started the Keto diet. It was the most likely to get me where I wanted to go and consist of foods that I wanted to eat. Most important of all, I think it falls in line with new data about people and their metabolism.
I have made most of my stuff in my account public. I am documenting the recipes I have been making at http://therebuild.ca/
