im slowly working up my calories to find a surplus to gain lean mass, doubt id be able to go that high without gaining too much fat but we'll see. i could easily eat 3K without trying though, love food.0

I maintain somewhere between 3300-3500 but am currently in a large deficit so nowhere near your arbitrary number.

I'm 6 foot, 218lb and nearly down to
10%bf, bulking for me can be well over 5000cals and some days over 6000cals sounds fun at first but can get monotonous very quickly.
Cutting starts off great at 3500+ cals
But at 3000 cals I start clock watching for my next meal and need to introduce
