Help!!

I'm usually under my calorie limit at the end of the day, but I almost always go over the recommended sugar intake. I try to eat fairly healthy things, but sugar is in practically everything! Is there anyway to cut back more on sugar intake alone? Is it that bad if I go over the limit, but I'm still under calories?

    You can adjust your sugar goals if you'd like. MFP sets them bizarrely low.
