Hey, I've been on here for a while but can't seem to stay motivated. I fluxuate in my weight constantly. I want to get the weight off and keep it off this time. Looking for people in Ontario Canada to help do this together. I'm currently at 200 lbs and would like to get down to about 160-170 and then maybe work on muscle gain, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. I'm a 25 year old male.     Way across Atlantic here but guys seem a bit thin on ground. Lost about 15 over last few months but not v committed. Want to lose 30ish more and so using app.
