Motivation and Support Needed

I have a hard time sticking to things no matter how important I feel they are. I have an extremely hard time losing weight. I have PCOS and I am one who had ALL of the symptoms of it. So far my trying has not been working, but after my birthday (June 6) I plan to try harder to reach my goal of losing 75 pounds. Wish me luck..

    I've PCOS Too. Definitely not fun and doesn't make things easy. I've found setting teeny targets helps. When I get all pumped and am - yeah I'm going to lose two pounds a week and be mega healthy- make all the right decisions. Then I slide and roll on self loathing. When I make targets like - yup- two pounds gone each month and write down 5 times I was going to eat chocolate and had an apple instead. But by bit I get into swing of things and it's easier than feeling you failed. Next thing you know you'll be reaching those crazy goals you set out originally. Very best of luck to you
