How bad do you want it? Do u think about it all the time? Then fight threw that work out put that candy bar down have one cheat day out the week and start over next week and work hard and don't ever give up the good will always out weigh the bad

Um... again. Why? If I have the calories for a candy bar and I want something sweet, why shouldn't I have it? I've been on MFP for 7 months and never taken a cheat day. Took a 2-week maintenance break on a vacation, but what's the point of a cheat day?0
