Fitbit steps

Hi last time I was here, (probably over a year)I thought my steps were tracked automatically. Yesterday, I did over 11,000 and nothing registered. Has it changed or is it me?

I found the Fitbit steps on Check-in page. I had wondered about the same thing (hadn't been here in awhile) and noticed them when I was entering my weight.

​​If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.

If MFP and Fitbit are not syncing at all, read through the below articles and follow the steps.

Try turning off bluetooth on all your mobile devices to ensure no connection, then unlink MFP and Fitbit and relink.

If you still have trouble syncing the Fitbit, then I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages... http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new
