Almost at the end of the muscle and fitness beginners course, next step?

I'm currently in week 4 of the Muscle and Fitness beginners guide to lifting. I do this with now 50 mins of cardio a day. For those of you who aren't familiar:

Anyone have a good system for after finishing this? I'm one of those who needs something like this to stay motivated.
