Does anyone know what this is and how to log it?

My sister received this as a gift. I don't know what it is and the writing is in Persian so I can't read it. It looks like something fried with pistachios. I could log it as pistachios and move on, but I'm curious if anyone knows what it is.

It looks like this inside the box. Out of calories for today so I haven't tried it yet, but I want to plan it for tomorrow.

kind of hard to tell from an overview. Side-on might be more informative. (or ship us each a few pieces for investigation)
Google has many images of Iranian baklava. Yours looks a little ... deconstructed to me.

Found something! The round piece. Now I need to know what the other thing is (might be the same thing done in a different shape?)

Edit: yes, after watching further, it looks like the same thing folded onto itself. Mystery solved! So, basically, brittle toffee with nuts.1 -

I did a reverse image search on Google, and the closest I found was a candy called Sohan Qom, Sohan is a traditional Persian saffron brittle toffee. Its ingredients consist of wheat sprout, flour, egg yolks, rose water, sugar, butter, saffron, cardamom and slivers of almond and pistachio. It must be made in perfect measurements to become perfect as it has to be and the recipes are confidential. (youtube.com) So logging as almond or pistachio brittle might be close. I could be totally wrong, and this could be something else, but I learned a little about Persian candy today.0

Thanks everyone. Mystery solved. I guess I will be logging it as pistachio brittle.1
