Being prepared to ensure better choices...

Came home and decided to walk my dogs before the rain started. Was gone for a good hour and walked very quickly in order to burn my calories. Problem is is by the time I got home I was so hungry I was shaking. I didn't bring a snack to work this afternoon. I was not prepared. I had to move my car to make way for my son's vehicle later on tonight. Next thing I know I'm at DQ ordering everything I shouldn't be ordering and ate it all. Now I'm over my calorie and take and I'm so tired from the sugar. I will be better prepared tomorrow. Going to take a quick nap then I'm going to get my veggies ready so this will not happen again. A big reminder to myself if you fail to plan you plan to fail (Weight Watchers saying).
