I am 51 years old and looking for people who want to lose 1lb a week for the year as a goal. I would like to share keep fit ideas, recipes, just general chatter. Ideas to help along the way.

Hi 'working on it' its not my first time either but like you want it to be my final attempt... I would lovet to lose the weight then maintain a healthy weight. I am healthy eating, smaller portions.... walking for weight loss initially.
