Hello community! I've had this app for some time now, but am just now discovering the community component. I would like to meet some folks here who can help with diet advice on the path to losing 10–15 lbs. I exercise 1–2x/week (mountain biking and hiking usually) but some weight has crept on in the past year and I'd like to get healthier again. Especially, I would like to figure out a healthier diet: to come up with some filling, good-tasting foods to substitute for what I'm eating now that will help me to get back to where I was without feeling like I'm starving myself or like I have to run a marathon every day to make progress. If you're in a similar spot, let me know and let's chat!
