Fitness (and nutrition) challenge in August?

I keep seeing these posts and I love it! I love the support challenge groups bring. How do we do them on here? Just post our workouts and what we ate? Or form a private group somehow?

Anyhow, I've got to get more cardio in and crack down on my eating. Anyone with me?? :)
