Stuck at 213!

Hello! I started my journey at 245lbs as a "New Years resolution" of sorts, and I'm down to 211-215lbs depending on the day.... My first major goal is 199, but I can't seem to get under 211! I end up binge eating or just not caring some days and lose so much progress ☹️ I need motivation! ❤️
