Moving to Minnesota in a month with my boyfriend and need to lose weight.

Hello, I am Samantha. I'm 5'1 and as if yesterday I am at 208lbs. I about cried when I seen the scale. I work at a nursing home in activies and I am always walking at a fast pace. Almost a run. Never enough time I the day for everything. I eat when I can and it's always under the calorie count. But it's what I eat that's bad. You know something cheap and fast. I need help to keep me on track on a diet so I don't venture off and gain another 20 lbs. :(

    you should be able to lose about 8lbs if you set MFP up to lose 2lbs per week and stick to that number (plus any exercise cals) your work should be included in your activity setting.

    what you eat wont impact on your calorie goal if you're under your cals. (apart from a bit of water weight form excessive sodium perhaps)
