I was on MFP about four years ago. I've lost 20 more pounds since last October by generally following lower carb and exercising, but I've been stuck in a plateau for about two months! I had two recent trips, one to help my sister after surgery and one for family vacation. I came back from both trips basically unscathed, up one pound, and I'm ready to get my rear in gear! I need some accountability, and would love to find some friends along the way!

Hi! Congrats on the 20 lb loss! I know how frustrating a plateau can be. I have been stuck the last couple months myself. I am switching up my calories and continuing with my workouts as usual. I figure if I keep consistent it will come off in time.
