Feeling frustrated...

I have steadily been loosing weight. I am 5'9 down from 165 to 152. I woke up this morning and am up to 153.3. I only ate a grilled chicken breast and corn on cob yesterday. As well as another small grilled chicken breast for lunch. Under my calories for the day. I am confused why I have gained weight. I exercised yesterday too. I am new to this app and looking forward to learning.
