Congrats on your progress. That is awesome!
It seems you have found your balance. What works for me: I estimate a bit more now than when I was losing, but I still log food and I still use the food scale on a regular basis. Like for today, I logged 100g of cherries. I know from past experience that 10-11 cherries is about 100g. I did not weigh, but figure if it was really 40 cals or 60 (vs the 50 that got logged) it is not significant in the overall scheme of things. I am more particular with things that have a bigger impact.
I do think its best to have a weight range as we naturally fluctuate. If you ever find yourself trending up, you can tighten logging/accuracy, and take 100-200 calories off daily for a couple of weeks to get back on track.0 -
*applause* I can't offer any maintenance advice, but splendid job on the weightloss and consistency in keeping it off thus far!0

Fantastic accomplishment. Shows real grit and tenacity. Go you! The "maintaining thing" is the same or very similar to what you have been doing the past 3 months. Keep it up!
Fwiw... I've been maintaining +\-30 years and I still log daily with brief vacations1 -
Maintaining as well. Nice to see some long-term maintainers!0
