Never give up...

I've been on this yo-yo life for about 15 years now. It's so cliche, but it took a major change as my ex-husband leaving us and some serious mindset changes for me to realize that it is not a yo-yo lifestyle. It's a change of habits. Replace this with that but don't torture yourself every time you enjoy something. Food is meant to be enjoyed but like everything else in life, responsibly. Moderately. And laziness is not an option. It's also a sign of depression. So when God finally broke me free of those things, change, true, lasting change finally started. Have I "got it". No absolutely not. Half the time I feel like I'm winging it. But I have a Savior who's got my back and I am excited to see what's next. If you want to join me on this journey, I'm game for friends.
